Tasting notes : yellow colour, with light green glints.
nose with lemon and pineapple aromas.
Mouth: citrus and peers. Few notes a bit more floral.
real vivacity, really well-balanced.
Food matching : Easy to drink, as an aperitif but also with desserts with fruits, almonds or chestnut. Also, do not hesitate to propose it as a chaser, to nicely end the evening.
Terroir : 2 hectares in one block. The terroir is composed of clay and limestone, in the South-West of the appellation
Winemaking : 100% hand harvested. Grapes must have more than 525 g/L of sugar. Same vinification as for dry white wines but the must is melt with 95° alcohool. Residual sugar =110g/l minimum and 15% alcohol.
