Diane Shaskin and Mark Craft have lived the French dream. They've shopped the food markets from rue Cler to Vaison-la-Romaine; dined at the best French bistros, brassieres, and restaurants; taken cooking classes in France and Italy, including at the famous Cordon Bleu in Paris; frequented the wineries of the Côtes-du-Rhône; and have cooked and eaten their way through a small fortune.
